We’re confident in our system. To remain eligible for our return guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
To qualify, you must:
- Keep automatic payments active and complete onboarding within the required timelines
- Provide required access, media, and business documentation
- Maintain the minimum recommended ad spend throughout the engagement
- Respond promptly to leads, attend scheduled calls, and manage your CRM as instructed
- Actively participate and follow the guidance of your Client Success Partner
If you meet all conditions and still haven’t achieved a 10x return, you may submit a request within 7 days of your engagement ending, and we’ll continue servicing you at no retainer cost.
